Garlic mustard “Boursin” cheese

This is a super easy and delicious cream cheese spread that you will definitely love! We have developed this recipe with garlic mustard that we foraged at a local state park in our area – you can imagine our excitement when we made it! Garlic mustard is actually an invasive plant, which means that everyone is encouraged to forage it.

Boursin fans (like ourselves, let’s be honest) will definitely be delighted by the outcome of this recipe. We served ours on some fresh homemade sourdough bread, and we loved it immediately!

For your next dinner party, it can be served as an appetizer on crackers or even on mini vol-au-vent bites for instance.
